New Warehouse hours M-F 9am-4:30pm.
You may pick up your items at our warehouse located on 12901 N Interstate 35, Building 3, Suite 301 (the dock is behind the store). Items are provided in the factory packaging and may require some assembly.
We love to lend a hand helping you to load your vehicle, but we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or to the merchandise transported. You need to bring your own straps or something to tie the furniture down.
Please verify pick up time 1 HOUR BEFORE you arrive, by

YOU MUST PROVIDE:
- A receipt of purpose
- A valid proof of photo ID
- ** If someone other than the name stated on your invoice is picking up without you being present, please inform us when you call or text to verify your pickup.
- For your safety, please wait with your vehicle. Sorry! The warehouse has NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS.
