Vacuum upholstery regularly with an upholstery attachments.
To prevent fading, avoid exposing upholstered pieces to direct sunlight.
Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge, don't rub, treat stains immediately.
For persistent stains and overall cleaning, contact a professional upholstery cleaning company. View additional information if you purchased a 4-year extended protection plan.
IMPORTANT: Improperly cleaning your sofa may permanently damage your fabric or leather and void your warranty. Always spot test in an inconspicious area before proceeding. If you've purchased a protection plan please reach out to our chat team before attempting to remove a stain. We always advise not to machine wash any part of your uphlostery goods. The fabric will likely become undone in the wash. You risk damage even by putting it on a low or cold cycle. Furthermore, excess water exposure will cause the fabric to shrink. So, if you took the upholstery off some pillows, you may not be able to get them back on after the wash.
We do not accept COM for our products.

Leathers
Leather requires special care, and the type of cleaning agent you use can make a huge difference in how it looks. The good news is that leather (especially performance leather) doesn't have to be cleaned nearly as often as your fabric couch. A good cadence is to clean and condition your leather whenever you change your smoke detector batteries.
Please note that improperly cleaning your leather may ruin it and void your warranty. If you purchased a protection plan, please reach out to our chat team to determine if we need to replace a panel.
CHEYENNE
Cheyenne
Cheyenne was inspired by the constant need for a wax/crackle leather that won’t easily scratch. Cheyenne provides that vintage look that so many consumers desire but also has a protective finish making it suitable for high traffic areas. Each hide is aniline dyed and receives a special protective wax topcoat for durability and softness.

HUDSON
Hudson

SONOMA
Sonoma
Sonoma- is crafted in Italy from large European hides and features a soft, drapey hand with a sophisticated matte finish—ideal for tailored applications. A subtle layer of pigment ensures color consistency while preserving the leather’s authentic character. The result is a refined balance of natural beauty and enhanced durability, offering excellent yield and a luxurious look that complements designs rooted in fine craftsmanship.
TRIBECA
Tribeca
Tribeca is a semi-aniline leather, with a tight grain and a smooth breathable finish. The finish on Tribeca leathers has been applied for excellent color consistency, so it is very durable. A soft dry brush or towel can remove light dirt or scuffs, just be mindful of the pebbled texture. A natural leather cleaner will work for Tribeca leathers as well.
