Furniture is meant to last, we are proud of what we make and that's why we promise to stand behind it.

What does our warranty cover?

  • Limited Lifetime Warranty on the frame and springs of our furniture.
  • 1 year warranty on our foam.
  • 1 year warranty on our fabrics and leathers.

 

Is there a manufacturer's warranty?

Couch Potatoes honors all manufacturer warranties for quality and craftmanship. Clearance furniture is not covered by this warranty. We do offer Protection Plans to help protect your future purchases.

  • We may repair, replace, or refund your purchase at our discretion.
  • Delivery personnel, service technicians, sales staff, and design staff may not authorize any warranty service. Couch Potatoes' customer service administrator will make all warranty service decisions.
  • Depending on the type of repair required, service may be performed in your home, at our warehouse, or the manufacturer's factory. We also reserve the right to inspect the merchandise in your home.
  • Manufacturers' warranties do not cover the installation of parts, labor charges or transportation/delivery charges of items for service. We highly encourage our customers to purchase our Potato Perks. For more information on Potato Perks, visit our page.

  • All warranties are for normal residential use only and do not apply to commercial use.

 

Additional Protection

We also offer an additional Furniture Protection Plan, which covers your furniture for 4 years. It covers spills, scratches, and all of life's unfortunate accidents. If a claim is never filed with us in the policy timeframe, the amount paid for the policy will be issued as a store credit. Learn more about our Protection Plans here.

How do I file a warranty claim?

To file a warranty claim, all you need to do is start a chat with our online customer service team. They will lead you through the process, and make sure you get the help you need.
