This is a special month for the LGBTQ+ community, and Couch Potatoes wants to show its recognition by talking about our custom options that include all the colors of the rainbow. The colors of the rainbow have been a positive representation of the LGBTQ+ community, but many people seem to forget its origins.

Why Does the LGBTQ+ Community Use the Colors of the Rainbow?
The Rainbow Flag was first flown during the San Francisco Gay Freedom Day Parade on June 25, 1978. The flag was designed by Gilbert Baker, a San Francisco artist who was commissioned by Harvey Milk, an openly gay politician, to create a symbol for the gay community. The flag consists of six stripes: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Each color represents a different aspect of LGBT life:

Red: Life
