Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will incur a 25% restocking fee. PICK-UP

You may pick up your items at our warehouse located on 6201 Bolm Rd (Pull up to BAY #1).

Items are provided in the factory packaging and may require some assembly.

We'd love to lend a hand in helping you to load your vehicle, but we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or to the merchandise transported. You need to bring your own straps or something to tie the furniture down.

Please verify pick up time 1 HOUR BEFORE you arrive, by
Calling or texting 512-501-6716. 

Please also let us know who is picking up the furniture**.


YOU MUST PROVIDE:

  • A receipt of purpose.
  • A valid proof of photo ID.                                                                               
** If someone other than the name stated on your invoice is picking up without you being present, please inform us when you call or text to verify your pickup.
